About

Kate is a third generation Oregonian and believes in developing a strong community through Real Estate. In 2003 Kate joined a Corvallis Real Estate firm and became one of the youngest Real Estate Brokers in the Mid-Willamette Valley in 2004. Not only did she help numerous current and new residents invest in homes, she did so with honesty and integrity. As the market changed in 2008, Kate was instrumental in helping those who suddenly needed to sell and helped new home buyers navigate their fears during this time. Seeing the need for better training, Kate assisted in educating new Realtors at her firm on everything from technology to understanding the complexities of Real Estate negotiations. In 2010 Kate took a brief sabbatical from Real Estate to finish her degree at Oregon State University and grow her family. In 2013 she graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University. In 2015, Kate returned to the Real Estate industry and joined Keller Williams Realty Mid-Willamette. While markets change, Kate’s commitment to providing Candid and Caring Service has not. When she isn’t helping clients reach their Real Estate investing goals, she is volunteering at her children’s school or traveling with her family to explore all that Oregon has to offer.
